We make reasonable efforts to display our jewelry as accurately as possible.
However, colors, finishes, stone appearances, dimensions, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and natural variations in materials.
Measurements and product descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may contain minor variations.
3. NATURAL STONES & UNIQUE MATERIALS
Jewelry containing natural stones or materials may vary in color, pattern, veining, shape, texture, and appearance.
These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, or change product availability at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. If a pricing, description, inventory, promotional, or other error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or adjust an affected order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.
Whiskey & Whims reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected resale activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and personalization information when placing an order.
6. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization information before submitting an order.
This includes names, initials, dates, spelling, capitalization, symbols, sizing, and other personalization selections.
Custom, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, and made-to-order merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by law or when Whiskey & Whims made an error in fulfilling the customization.
Once production begins, customized orders may not be changed or canceled.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Whiskey & Whims is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before completing checkout.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible unworn jewelry may be returned within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided all original tags remain attached and the merchandise otherwise meets the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom and personalized merchandise is non-returnable and final sale.

9. JEWELRY CARE & NORMAL WEAR
Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time.
The longevity of finishes, plating, stones, chains, clasps, and other components can depend on frequency of wear, storage, skin chemistry, climate, and exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, saltwater, and other substances.
Normal wear, scratches, fading, tarnishing, discoloration, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Any specific warranty offered for a particular product will be stated separately on the applicable product page or warranty documentation.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Whiskey & Whims reserves the right to modify or end promotions in accordance with applicable law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Whiskey & Whims name, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, jewelry designs, packaging designs, product descriptions, website content, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Whiskey & Whims and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No portion of our website or content may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
12. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Whiskey & Whims, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
You grant Whiskey & Whims a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
